iboteak accepts the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Paypal.

Returns Policy
Any item purchased at iboteak is eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt and have original tags attached.  Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.   All orders over $50 come with a return shipping label.   Orders under $50 can be returned to the following address:

All FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE items are not eligible for refunds.   Items that smell of smoke, have been worn, washed or smell of perfume will incur a $10 charge against the refund.   Item(s) must be returned with original tags and in original packaging.  Footwear must returned in original box.


Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $50.  Standard delivery charges apply on any order under $50.  Iboteak uses USPS for most of our shipping needs.   All orders placed on-line will have a tracking number that will allow you to track your package through USPS.   Delivery times are not guaranteed.   We make every effort to ship items in stock the same day that they are ordered or if orders are placed on the weekend or holiday’s they will be shipped the next business day.   Sorry – we do not ship internationally at this time.  Any order that is placed and shipped that is refused by the customer and returned to iboteak will incur a 20% restocking fee.

You may opt out of our emails at any time by sending an email to support@iboteak.com with the words “unsubscribe” in the subject section of the email header.

Order Status & Tracking
Orders are shippid via either UPS or USPS.com Priority Mail. To check the status of an order, please log in to your account, click on Order Status, and select View Details/Status for the order you would like to track. Once an item has shipped, there will either be a UPS or USPS tracking number.  We will also send email updates with your order tracking number.
